CCNP Voice

We provide advance knowledge and skills necessary to integrate into underlying network architectures in our program – CCNP Voice (Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice). The certification we provide validates a skillset for implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network and evolve collaboration solutions that are transparent, scalable and manageable.

The main focus of the CCNP Voice training program is on aspects like Quality of Service (QoS), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly Unified Call Manager), gatekeepers, IP phones, gateways, voice applications, and utilities on Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco routers. Also covered in the CCNP Voice, specifically the Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Presence applications is the integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Applications.
